A story that started in Centerville, took a long detour through Nashville, and led me right back home.
I grew up in Centerville, Ohio in a beautiful historic home, playing music every weekend in my family band. My love for music, houses, and this little community started before I can remember.
My mom is an interior designer who was always taking on a new project. Constantly redecorating, breathing fresh life into rooms. My parents had a thing for old houses, the kind with good bones and a little history. I grew up watching them bring those homes back to life, over and over. So even as a kid, design was just part of how I saw the world. It was a language being spoken all around me.
After chasing music for years, including American Idol and a stretch in Nashville, life took a turn I didn't see coming. I got hired to sing at a real estate event, of all places, and it kicked off a whole new chapter. I ended up working as the front desk concierge at Chord Real Estate, then assisting their in-house designer, then helping their clients with home flips.
That's when it really clicked for me. I fell in love with the creative side of real estate. Being able to see potential where others saw something outdated or overlooked, and turning it into something beautiful. It was another way to be creative, just in a completely different form. After flips, I started designing spec homes for builders across Middle Tennessee. Something I still get to do today.
A few years ago I came back home to Ohio. And while music will always be a part of me, I realized I had another dream I loved just as much. So I decided to take everything I had learned (flips, design, new construction) and combine it with helping people find their forever homes, and helping sellers get the absolute most out of the homes they already have.
That's exactly why my approach is Styled & Sold. Blending design, strategy, and heart to help homes shine and get sold. I'm so grateful to be growing this business back in my hometown with Coldwell Banker Heritage in my corner. And I cannot wait to help so many of y'all along the way. ✨
