Here’s what that looks like:

For occupied homes, we’ll work with what you already have—rearranging, decluttering, and adding styling touches to create that polished, staged-home feel.

Need a little extra? We can bring in additional décor (excluding soft seating furniture for occupied homes).

For vacant homes, we fully furnish the main living areas—typically the living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom/bathroom.
Staged homes sell faster and for more money—typically 6–10% more and up to 50% quicker than non-staged homes. It’s one of the most powerful tools in our strategy, and it’s included with every listing.
Complimentary Design Services for Buyers
Buying a new home is exciting—and personalizing it should be, too. That’s why all of our buyer clients receive a free 1-room design service (up to 4 hours) to help you settle in and make your new space feel like home.
Here’s what’s included:
